Some say they survived a shipwreck and swam to shore, living on the uninhabited island, which has three natural fresh water springs. However it happened, the internet is in love with these adorable feral pigs and the unusual experience of snorkeling and spending the day soaking up the sunshine with them.

Photos of hot air balloons over the Göreme National Park and the Rock Sites of Cappadocia continue to pop up on social media and I can’t help but give them all a like. This UNESCO World Heritage Site in central Turkey is like a dream world, the landscape has eroded over millions of years and the soft rock has been carved into, creating an extensive network of tunnels and chambers which look spectacular at sunset.
